A obra est\u00e1 associada \u00e0 hist\u00f3ria de amor entre o imperador Shah <em>Jahan e sua esposa favorita Aryumand Banu Beg<\/em>am. O monumental mausol\u00e9u foi erigido para guardar os restos mortais da esposa do imperador que ap\u00f3s sua morte tamb\u00e9m foi sepultado no Taj Mahal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/radames.manosso.nom.br\/critica\/files\/taj-mahal1-e1491938564253.jpg?w=604&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Taj Mahal - \u00cdndia\" class=\"wp-image-104\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mausol\u00e9us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao longo da Hist\u00f3ria v\u00e1rios mausol\u00e9us de grande porte foram erigidos, basta lembrar das pir\u00e2mides eg\u00edpcias, mas o Taj Mahal superou todos os limites de grandiosidade, luxo e beleza. Se sua magnitude arquitet\u00f4nica for proporcional \u00e0 paix\u00e3o que Shah Jahan nutria por sua Aryuman, ent\u00e3o realmente trata-se da maior hist\u00f3ria de amor de todos os tempos. Diferente das cren\u00e7as eg\u00edpcias que envolviam as pir\u00e2mides, o Taj Mahal n\u00e3o foi constru\u00eddo para preparar a passagem para a vida eterna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Taj Mahal \u00e9 uma homenagem, um memorial. Seria tamb\u00e9m uma afirma\u00e7\u00e3o do poderio do imperador? Uma tentativa de passar \u00e0 Hist\u00f3ria, de deixar sua marca no mundo terreno? Seja l\u00e1 qual fosse a inten\u00e7\u00e3o do imperador seu objetivo foi atingido. O Taj Mahal permanece como maravilha arquitet\u00f4nica que conta uma hist\u00f3ria de amor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simetria em toda parte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O Taj Mahal \u00e9 um complexo retangular murado formado por v\u00e1rios pr\u00e9dios e jardins. O mausol\u00e9u domina o conjunto e tem a cor branca dada pelo m\u00e1rmore que reveste suas paredes. Os outros tr\u00eas pr\u00e9dios tem cor avermelhada. A simetria est\u00e1 presente em todo o conjunto. Quatro canais distribu\u00eddos em cruz dividem o jardim em quatro setores. Tr\u00eas pr\u00e9dios em pedra vermelha circundam o pr\u00e9dio principal branco. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada um dos pr\u00e9dios avermelhados, tem quatro faces e quatro torres nos v\u00e9rtices. Em torno do mausol\u00e9u, quatro minaretes. O tr\u00eas aparece nas faces de cada pr\u00e9dio, pois tr\u00eas s\u00e3o as aberturas em cada face. O dois ocorre na vertical, pois dois s\u00e3o os pavimentos e o um ocorre na c\u00fapula do mausol\u00e9u. A \u00fanica fuga \u00e0 simetria ocorre no posicionamento da tumba de Shah Jahan que fica ao lado da tumba da princesa, esta posicionada no centro do mausol\u00e9u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Taj Mahal as artes decorativas s\u00e3o um caso a parte. As paredes s\u00e3o ricamente decoradas com v\u00e1rios temas e t\u00e9cnicas. Encontramos arabescos com trechos do Cor\u00e3o, temas florais lapidados no m\u00e1rmore, incrusta\u00e7\u00f5es com temas vegetas feitas com pedras semipreciosas, traceria com temas abstratos, tudo com um esmero e riqueza de detalhes t\u00edpicos da cultura oriental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde o in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo XX quando foi restaurado o Taj Mahal passou a ser local de visita\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas do mundo inteiro. Monumento \u00e0 uma princesa ou a beleza em si? Tentativa de alcan\u00e7ar a imortalidade e os limites da est\u00e9tica? Esta obra criada pelas m\u00e3os e mentes de muitos construtores e artes\u00e3os vai al\u00e9m de sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o primordial que era preservar a mem\u00f3ria de uma hist\u00f3ria de
